After staying overseas for 6 years, I decided to go back to Sabah. So the first thing I had to do is to look for my housing. I wanted to look for a condominium unit and therein I started looking around at the many condominium units available. Unlike in other cities, it's very hard to get information and most of the time, it's only based on what the broker says.
So I hope that everyone who has experiences with any particular will share their experience good or bad. Tell us what you like staying in any condo unit and if you have any bad experience share with us too.
Good for you to write on this. I'm an expatriat here in Kota Kinabalu and I find it quite difficult to get information in my search for a house/apartment.
